I had the pleasure of assisting Sandra this week during her photo shoot for Anne Everinghams gorgeous jewellery collection.  Here are some of the behind the scenes photos I snapped plus Anne's finished Ad (Photographed, Edited and Designed by Sandra) that will be appearing in the next edition of Salt Magazine.

Its a Boy!  

In a  previous blog we showed  you the pregnancy shoot of Keersten and Daniel. Now their beautiful baby boy Nakota has arrived  and had his first photo shoot at one week old.. He was a very happy and content baby most of the time, but he did manage to wet both Mum and Dad during the shoot.    We have added two of Daniels artworks to the first and last images.                              Also see the Baby Gallery for more images.

This lovely family has been holidaying on the Sunshine Coast all the way from Norway, they took advantage of my Feb Family shoot special while they were here.

I Love these pregnancy shoots

There's love in the room or should I say in the studio. Another beautiful pregnant couple, locals Keersten and Daniel are 38 weeks pregnant, so we will be getting phone call any day now to do the baby shoot and I can't wait. What a gorgeous baby it will be. Good Luck guys. Daniel Romaine is a local artist and we photograph his work for advertisting and reproduction. It is one of Daniel's paintings we have used as an overlay on the last image.

 The team and I thought we would share this shoot with you. It’s a little different from our usual newborn baby shoots but we had a brief from our client, and that was organic, arty, old worldy.

This is what we came up with! There are lots of symbols in these images, water- birth, triangle-protection, sharing-moving over, and more. These images will make up part of an A3 coffee table book to match their first book we did when their now two year old was a newborn. We love it when our families come back with their new little bundles.

Sandra Faye Photographer has been involved in some great portfolio sessions recently. None more so than the ballet porfolios  she has been shooting for some of our local young ballet dancers on the coast. The two hour shoot incorporates a whole selection of different images, from simple effective portraits, to some more complex lighting and background shots for fine art portraits. These sessions are always lots of fun especially when hair and makeup is included in the preparation..Kimberlie had fun practicing some new found model poses and showing of her beautiful ballet moves. Well done Kimberlie.
